For eight years we have had two beautiful places for private events in the city of Cartagena de Indias: Corporate, Business, Social and Wonderful Weddings events at our expense and of course, on the night of December 31, we open our doors to all those who Wish to receive the new year in some beautiful places, well located and with a spectacular view. The event already has international reserves, have food and drink, and its great strength is to be, just in front of the pyrotechnic show that gives the mayor of Cartagena to the arrival of the New Year!
In addition to having our fabulous DJs and a “pachanguero” musical group, We perform the crazy hour of the Carnival of Barranquilla, as a way to value the work of these dancers and the artisans of dressing rooms

Opening of boarding or entrance to the dock at: 19:00 hours until 03:00 a.m.

1 Bottle of whiskey 12 years by reservation – 1 bottle included per reservation.

At 24:00 hours we will enjoy the arrival of the new year 2017, with a spectacular show of
Pyrotechnic fireworks offered by the city and we will celebrate with Hats and whistles included.
At midnight we will offer the traditional fried typical of the caribbean coast of Colombia, with sauces of the house;
Arepitas of egg, pies of meat and caribañolas of cheese
Music by one of the best Dj in Colombia, with all the traditional musical trends and the moment.

It is important to note that the boat has no movement,
Cartagena Bay has no waves. You can enjoy your event

We will have 2 parties integrated in 2 areas: on board the Phantom Sailing Ship and the second is the La Bodeguita Pier, on the banks of the Bay of Cartagena de Indias, both activities surrounded by the wonderful old city – excellent places to receive the New year 2017.

It is suggested to bring small pillows and bedspreads for children or very adult people.Children under 2 years old do not have chairs in the main event.

LOGISTICS OF THE EVENT:
1. It is important to understand, that the event that the people selecting the Phantom Sailboat, will be held aboard an open-air boat, and that they are different from an event hall.
2. Once received, the total payment of the reservation, they will be sent a voucher that they must print and present at the entrance of the event, which indicates the table number and assigned area.
3. We will have long and round tables with a maximum capacity of 11 people. They are not exclusive tables or areas.
4. Bartenders and waiters will be in charge of the service and its requirements.
5. As indicated in our program, we will deliver one (1) bottle of OLD PARR 750 cc whiskey, 1 (one) soda and 1 (one) icemaker service per reservation. It’s included. In case of requiring additional drinks, we will have an optional card at your disposal.
6. They will be offered a price list with optional services of soft drinks, liqueurs and wines, as well as ice-cream service with additional cost.
SUGGESTIONS / RECOMMENDATIONS EVENT:
1. You can choose the wardrobe you want, we only recommend especially women to wear short heels.
2. We suggest not wearing large dresses, with long and complicated tails on the move.
3. The sailboat has 3 floors:
1er. Floor: Bathing area for men and women.
2nd. Floor: Zone of tables and bar.
3rd. Upper floor: The Proa (Punta) and Popa are located which is the largest area, where is the track area, bar and tables.
4. All the people will be outdoors, so that they can enjoy the specular nocturnal view offered by the ancient and modern city of Cartagena.
5. The Sailboat sails through the 2 internal bays (Bahía de la Animas and the central bay, where we are blessed by the patron saint of sailors, the Virgin of Carmen.
6. The tables will be dressed with traditional red and white chessboard in the 1930s in Italy, accompanied by lanterns and reflective LED lights.
7. You can enter your omen and your small suitcase, in case you want to walk through the Pier de la Bodeguita, once we get to this point.
8. Number of persons on board: 120 plus staff.
9. For our captain, logistics team and staff on board, it will be a pleasure to have them at home, accompanying us on this special date.
